Description | Join The Whole U Friday mornings on Zoom from 7-8 a.m. with a Fall Vinyasa yoga class! This 10-week series begins on Friday, October 18 and ends on Friday, December 20. (If you are signing up after October 18, the price is prorated for the remaining number of classes.) You will receive the Zoom link in your purchase confirmation email. Each class is recorded and the link to view is shared with participants by the following Monday. Recording links are accessible through the next class. In this class you are guided through an invigorating yoga flow with continuous and dynamic yoga sequences that benefit your whole being - improving flexibility, muscle, joint and cardiovascular strength, increasing mental clarity and focus, allowing for a harmonious unity of the body, mind, and soul. Deep breathing and meditation techniques are also included for an integrated yoga practice. This class is best suited for those familiar with some yoga. Meet your instructor:Amity Neumeister Owner, Zem Yoga Studio Roma & RYT 200 Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Amity has been a student and practitioner of yoga since 2006. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training at Haute Yoga Queen Anne in Seattle, Washington, USA in 2012 and another 200-hour training with Africa Yoga Project in Nairobi, Kenya in 2013. In 2014, she completed Next Generation Yoga’s teacher trainings for 2-7 year old’s and 7-13 year old’s, as well as Yoga Behind Bars teacher training for incarcerated men, women and youth. She is a registered member of Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Amity offers a practice inspired by her vinyasa, hatha and Baptiste training, and creates a supportive environment with artful, intuitive, and intelligent sequencing. |
