World Laughter Day is just around the corner – join us on Sunday, May 5, 11:00 to noon and come laugh with us! Laughter has been known to help change our mental state from negative to positive, improve the immune system, and cultivate relationships. Join certified laughter leaders from the Harborview Tee Hee Hee Laughter group Tita Begashaw and Daniel Willems as they lead a fun session of laughter “exercises”. They will use simple fun prompts to get us laughing our way to feeling good! Come see what all the fun is all about. Anyone can participate in the way that feels most comfortable! Registration on The Whole U site is required to attend.
