Description: We gather weekday mornings at 9:00am on Zoom for a short mindfulness practice. We settle in for the first few minutes with light guidance then practice together in silence and end promptly at 9:15. On Fridays, people are welcome to linger for informal conversation about different aspects of mindfulness and self-care.
