UW Tacoma alum Brandon Jacobsen and current Presidential Management Fellow will be visiting UW Tacoma on September 27, and you’re invited:

What is it?
The PMF is the flagship leadership program of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. It includes a two-year appointment with a federal agency and intentional leadership training for advanced degree candidates. Applications are expected to open on October 9th.

Recent and current graduate students are eligible to apply. Applicants must have completed an advanced degree by August 31st, 2019.
- OR -
Have completed an advanced degree during the previous two years from the opening date of the PMF application announcement (Oct 9).

Sample Degrees
Here is a sampling of degrees and disciplines for which the Federal Government has projected a need:

• Accounting/Finance
• Computer Science
• Cybersecurity and Privacy
• Economics
• Engineering (all disciplines)
• Environmental Sciences
• Health/Medical Science
• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Public Administration & Public Policy 
• Public Health
• Telecommunications
