Psychological and Wellness Services will be offering an in-person, 7-week art, self-expression group over summer quarter for UWT students! The group will meet on Thursdays from 12-1pm beginning June 29th and ending August 10th. Students will have the opportunity to express themselves through poetry, music, pottery, collage and more. They will also have the chance to connect with other students and destress through discussion and activity. Expressing ourselves through art can increases self-esteem and allow us to connect with ourselves and others through artistic expression.
