Meet Melody McMillan Melody McMillan, the senior executive director of Seattle Promise, provides strategic and operational leadership for the program, an initiative aimed at closing equity gaps in post-secondary educational attainment in the greater Seattle area. Funded by the City of Seattle's Families, Education, Preschool and Promise Levy (FEPP), the program strives to transform the lives of Seattle's children, youth and families by prioritizing race and social justice in providing educational opportunities. Melody oversees the program's implementation and development across all three Seattle Colleges and all eligible Seattle public high schools, ensuring that students have access to the resources they need to succeed in higher education.
