"These mini movement sessions are great for re-energizing your day. Sessions are open to all levels and will include a mix of strength training, yoga, and cardio. On Mondays and Fridays, UW Recreation yoga instructors will host class leading a 10-minute yoga workout. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, The Whole U will lead you in strength training.
