To celebrate National Nutrition Month, Harborview’s Registered Dieticians Ashley Jones, Lisa Messerli and Kellie Farias will lead a 50 minute workshop on Probiotics and their health benefits. Come discover the unique flavors of fermented foods, learn recipes for making your own and enjoy tasty samples that will make your gut happy.

This workshop is being hosted on Wednesday, March 25 from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Harborview Medical Center in the Pat Steele Building, room 2005.
