Go Green for St. Paddy’s Day with Chef Tracey!

There are so many ways to enjoy greens other than your typical mixed salad. Finding variety in your diet is a great way to spice up your palate and stay committed to eating healthy. On Tuesday, March 17, The Whole U and UW Executive Chef Tracey MacRae invite you to join us at Chef’s Table in Lander Hall for a Saint Paddy’s themed cooking demonstration at 5:15 p.m. Our mission: Learn how to prep and try some delicious greens!

What’s on the menu:

Collard salad with honey-seed brittle
Collard-olive pesto ricotta toasts
Indian flavored mustard greens
Quickles (Quick pickled mustard greens)
All participants will receive an electronic copy of the recipes and be able to sample the dishes after the demonstration. You don’t want to miss out on these great greens!
