UW Fitness Day 2019
WhenWednesday, May 8, 2019, 12 – 1 p.m.

Calling all Dawgs! The Whole U is thrilled to invite you to participate in our annual UW Fitness Day on Wednesday May 8th at noon.  Join us in Husky Stadium where UW football and other UW athletic coaches and athletes, UW Recreation instructors, and Whole U fitness partners will guide you through 20 CIRCUIT TRAINING EXERCISES, including strength, cardio, yoga, dance and more!

All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate! So gather your group and get ready to Work It! Stadium doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and all who register and participate will receive a FREE T-shirt, a KIND bar, and additional swag and snacks from our program sponsors! By celebrating fitness and the many ways we move, we center health and wellness as central aspects of what it means to be a Husky. See you on the field, ready to Work It!

This year’s charity partner is Be the Match.  The University of Washington and Be the Match formed a formal partnership last fall and it’s our goal to have over 2500 UW faculty, staff, and students on the registry and help save lives. Learn more here.
