This 30 minute total body workout is designed to strengthen both body and mind. Each workout begins with a breathing exercise, designed to separate us from the stress of every day life and is followed by a total body workout that will get your heart rate up and your body moving! We finish each workout with some easy stretching and a guided meditation that will take you to a place of utter tranquility and peace.
