Join us for UW Fitness Day on May 24
After a kettlebell workout in 2014, an umbrella dance in 2015, and an exercise ball routine in 2016, we’re making history again by moving together. The Whole U invites you to take part in UW Fitness Day, the largest circuit training workout ever held at the University of Washington.
Join us at Husky Stadium from noon-1 p.m. where UW athletic coaches, IMA instructors and Whole U fitness partners will guide you through 40 circuit training exercises, including strength, cardio, yoga, stairs and rest stations. This event accommodates and celebrates all levels of fitness.
Doors open at 11:15 a.m. and those who register and participate will receive a t-shirt and wicking headband to work out in style!
