The 30-day challenge officially begins Monday, January 23 and runs through Tuesday, February 21. The kickoff event will take place on the Seattle campus on January 17 from noon - 1:30 p.m. and feature a motivational talk from MaryLou Mulflur, UW Head Women’s Golf Coach and PAC 12 Coach of the Year as well as an introduction to our four partner experts.
