During this peaceful class you’ll learn mindfulness and how to practice it with Katie Evans, a Seattle hypnotherapist and UW alumna with a degree in Psychology. Let go of thoughts and worries and attain calmness as Katie guides us through three meditations that teach us to be completely present in the moment.
Everyone—regardless of their level of meditation skill—can enjoy this class. Bring a mat or a meditation cushion if you have one.
