The Embedded Architects Community of Practice (CoP) is restarting! 

This community began in 2014 but has been on pause for over a year. Many of you have expressed a desire to restart and we think it's time.

This community provides opportunities to:

• Share technical architecture expertise within the UW
• Develop relationships with other members of the University engaged in solving technical problems
• Better understand the business context and business drivers for technical decisions
• Work with service teams and/or other CoPs to bring relevant architectural topics to Information & Technology Governance
• Create small action teams that can solve limited scale problems or recommend work

  • Low-code platforms (Service Now, Workday, MS Power Platform, Salesforce/Mulesoft)
  • Cloud interconnect
  • API/Integration approaches
  • Security monitoring / controls
  • DevOps tools and practices
• Application Portfolio management

• Architecture principles and standards
