When: Occurs the first and third Friday of every month. The expectation is that there will be no internal UW-IT meetings on these days. Please make every effort to reschedule meetings so that they do not occur on No Meeting Days. It is understood that meetings with UW partners outside of UW-IT might not be able to be rescheduled.

Why: To provide uninterrupted time for staff to focus on their work, including time for strategic thinking and planning, as well as catching up.
