This conference is held on the second Monday of each month from 7:00-8:00 AM via Zoom. Dr. Jeffrey Jacobs, jjacobs@medicine.washington.edu, can provide additional information and links. The conference is put on by University of Arizona with two cases presented on a rotating schedule by the participating sites. Everyone is welcome. This is CME accredited. Outcome Objectives: 1.) Understand the pathophysiology and natural history of disease in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). 2.) Utilize appropriate patient history, procedures, imaging, and laboratory tests to diagnose and detect active IBD. 3.) Manage patients according to disease severity and prognosis with an emphasis on using biologic and immune suppressing therapy. |
