Objectives:
1. Describe the diagnosis and treatment of alcohol-associated hepatitis
2. Examine the history of sobriety rules for liver transplant and the rise of early transplantation for alcohol-associated hepatitis
3. Understand the selection process for early transplant in patients with alcohol-associated hepatitis
4. Review the outcomes after a year of early liver transplantation at the University of Washington
