Please join the Tech Policy Lab for a Tech Talk with Alex Rosenblat on her recent book, Uberland: How Algorithms Are Rewriting the Rules of Work, on Wednesday, November 7th at 12:30pm in William H. Gates Hall room 119.

Alex is an award-winning technology ethnographer, the book is based on her firsthand experience of riding over 5,000 miles with Uber drivers, daily visits to online forums, and face-to-face discussions with senior Uber employees and explores the complicated politics of popular technologies that are manipulating both workers and consumers.
