Description

2 pm (Odegaard Library, 2nd and 3rd floors) view the exhibit Architecture at the End of the Earth: Russian Architectural Photographs by William Craft Brumfield, with music by the choir of the St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Cathedral (Seattle). 

2:30 pm (Walker Ames Room, Kane Hall 2nd floor): Lecture by William Brumfield on Architecture of the Russian North, with discussion by local and UW experts Christopher Campbell (Built Environments), Elena Campbell (History), Ivan Drpic (Art History) and Ellen Hurst (independent architectural historian).  Reception to follow.
