On Wednesday, March 29th 2017 join us from 12:30pm-1:20pm in the Quad at The University of Washington, Seattle, for a FREE event co-hosted by the East Asia Library, University of Washington involving:

- Cherry Blossom Viewing
- Japanese Calligraphy Demonstration by local calligrapher Shizu Usami
- Tea Ceremony Demonstration by members of the Urasenke school
- Japanese Waka Poetry Talk by Paul Atkins, Professor of Japanese, UW

*If it rains, the event will be held in the East Asia Library 2m Seminar Room instead, accessible via the library on the third floor of Gowen hall.
