Scott Samuelson (Associate Professor, Philosophy and Humanities, Kirkwood Community College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa) speaks about teaching at community colleges. Samuelson is the author of The Deepest Human Life: An Introduction to Philosophy for Everyone (University of Chicago Press, 2014). He also wrote "Why I Teach Plato to Plumbers," which appeared at The Atlantic in April 2014.
