Free event, open to all! Please register in advance as a guest, and/or to sign-up for open mic performing (sign-up will also be available on site on a space available basis). Guest registration is requested and encouraged, but not required:

- UW American Ethnic Studies
- UW Gender, Women & Sexuality Studies
- UW School of Social Work
- UW Diversity Minor

Are you passionate about social justice, equity, and activism? Inspired by poetic spoken word art?  Join us for this one-time Dawg Daze performance event!  Free popcorn/candy/snacks available.

Meet new friends and be dazzled by amazing feature poets and brave open mic performers! All are welcome to perform during open mic (on a space available basis; first-come, first-served sign-up will be available and time allotment will depend on number of poets). Performers are asked to focus on issues including but not limited to: social justice, equity, identity, and social change. We welcome all, and will strive to make this is a safe, inclusive space.
