Joe is a UX Researcher and Research Director for the Windows and Devices group at Microsoft. He and his team study human behaviors, attitudes and capabilities in the context of experiences ranging from Mixed Reality, Core and Casual Gaming, Services and Communities to traditional computing. Joe Munko became the Director of Windows/Devices research in 2014 and has grown his team from 20 researchers to over 90 researchers, data scientists, and analysts in the last 7 years.
