With over 50 years of Gallup research, the Strengths assessment can help us understand our strengths and what we are good at. According to Gallup “people who focus on using their strengths are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs.” Participants in the virtual session will gain an awareness of their own unique blend of talents and an appreciation of the valuable contributions they offer. This knowledge will then help them focus on specific goals to achieve greater personal and professional success. Note--Pre-work needed before the class: Once you have registered you will be sent a code to take the Clifton Strengths Assessment. Assessments must be completed no later than 12 noon on Monday, January 27.
