Looking for a unique workout to re-ignite your passion for movement? Join us on Wednesday, April 17, from noon to 1 p.m. to experience a gentle full body exercise class that will focus on building strength in the mind and body. This session will combine cardio, upper and lower body, core and stretching with an ongoing infusion of mindfulness activities focused on stress management and self-realization. About the instructor: Mandy LeBlanc Mandy is a Certified Personal Trainer and Heart Zones Master Trainer with a lifelong passion for meditation and various physical activities.
