The Office of Connected Learning and Alyssa Burnett Adult Life Center is proud to present “A Celebration of Inclusion: The Art and Practice of Disability Justice Art Gallery!” Join us March 5th from 4:00-6:00pm at the UW Bothell North Creek Events Center as we explore how disability activists and scholars have re-conceptualized disability from a more empowering social-political and human rights perspective, as an element of human diversity/variation and a source of community. Enjoy light refreshments while you view original artwork from UW Bothell and Alyssa Burnett Center students, participate in a collaborative live art display, and learning how to be an advocate for disability justice!
