Day of Engagement. Finding Connection Building Community Event
WhenFriday, Nov. 2, 2018, 12:30 – 4:45 p.m.
Description

The three events for the 2018-2019 academic year aim to build the following capacities on campus:

Contribution—know our existing strengths; explore something we’d like to offer as a strength; recognize and acknowledge others for their talents, efforts, and results

Collaboration—widen and deepen our repertoire as participants in collective processes; delve into sound principles and practices for effective collaboration; consider additional strategies for working together ever more successfully

Connection—form, sustain, or enhance effective/reflective relationships in the workplace; since most of our work is not conducted in isolation, how do we make the most of shared enterprises?
