We want to create organizations that are inclusive and culturally competent for all people no matter what their identities or backgrounds.  Yet, we know that there are implicit and unconscious biases that get in the way of our acting in congruence with our beliefs and values.  Learn the science of cognitive biases we all have and what we can do to mitigate them.
