Yin & Meditation with Bethany

Chill out time! We begin with long holds in seated postures to stress the connective tissue, center the mind, and create a sense of calm throughout. This Yin practice is complemented by pranayama (breath work) and a guided meditation to inspire change, growth, and expansiveness.
