Global Agitation: Art & Activism (Anida Yoeu Ali)

*Find on campus, four installations: a couch, a blackboard, a typewriter, and a confessional booth that give participants the opportunity to unburden themselves. Exploring themes including human connectivity and a departure from the apathy and social phobia that is commonly felt between strangers, our final project aims to maximize community engagement in an effort to activate the campus and disrupt daily routine.

About Alive: A Performance Festival
This 1st annual performance festival features original student performance works in-progress produced across a variety of classes and in different spaces on campus. Final projects will be shared with the UWB community during weeks 9 and 10 in the Spring Quarter. Take a look at other showings listed on the IAS Calendar here>>

We encourage everyone to attend as many of these performances over these two weeks. Feel free to spread the info. In order to plan for space accommodations, please contact the professor if you plan on bringing more than 10 students. Faculty contact information can be found here>>
