Description | UW Libraries Hacking the Academy is an event series in which UW students, faculty, and staff share new ways of working in higher education. In this installment, a faculty member, two graduate students, and a program manager will share how they’ve made podcasts a part of their research and also in order to communicate about research, issues, and emerging things in their fields. This event will be a great look at how podcasting is being done at the UW, and attendees should come away with some practical next steps for starting their own podcasts. The presenters: Taiko Aoki-Marcial (graduate student in the Dept of English) Pooja Jhobalia (Analytics Program Manager for the Center for Business Analytics) Hope St. John (Graduate Coordinator at the Odegaard Writing & Research Center and graduate student in the Dept of Anthropology) Cristina Sanchez-Martin (professor in the Dept of English) |
