Description

You have a great product or service, you continually innovate and evolve, yet visibility into where sales are at and when sales are expected is foggy, at best.  Let’s discuss best practices of One-on-One Sales Meetings that improve performance and create a predictable business.  Integrate these 6 Steps to Successful One-on-One Sales Meetings and leverage your sales team to exemplify your culture, deliver value, and provide critical visibility into your sales for next week, next month, and the quarters ahead.

Steve Bendzak
With 30 years of leadership and business development within family owned, private equity funded, and public enterprises, Steve is savvy to the challenges of owning and operating a business. He is keen to the responsibilities in managing an organization through hyper growth, reduced resources, recession, and the desires of shareholders.  As a founding partner in a private company he bootstrapped the growth of three successful brands that lead to advantageous exits. He re-structured the sales organization of a 163 year old brand to secure their most significant sales growth in history, lead sales teams to be awarded the Inc. 500’s fastest growing privately held company (3 X’s), and orchestrated the 2nd highest contribution of profit within a $7B public enterprise amongst 93 reputable brands (Oster, Rawlings, K2, Bicycle Playing Cards, Stearns, Crockpot). In each environment he learned lessons from brilliant mentors, gained insight, and created playbooks and tools to help others.
