Event sponsorsThis event is organized by students from the Implementation Science, Health Metrics, and Pathobiology PhD programs. We hope to illustrate how work in all disciplines can be collaborative as we collectively seek solutions in Global Health. Our poster session will highlight graduate student research on a breadth of topics of global health importance, providing an opportunity for cross-field interaction and networking between students, faculty, and other members of the global health community.

This symposium will feature talks by professionals from the field of Global Health and focus on this year's theme, Maternal Health. Speakers will then participate in a panel, which will be open for questions from the audience. We will also have talks from current PhD students and a poster session featuring current projects in the Department of Global Health.

• Whitney Harrington, MD, PhD - Assistant Professor, UW Pediatrics and Infectious Diseases, Seattle Children's Global Infectious Diseases Research
• Bernardo Hernandez Prado, DSc, MS - Associate Professor, Global Health, Associate Professor, Health Metrics Sciences
• Alison Drake, MPH, PhD - Assistant Professor, Global Health, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Epidemiology
