Social work is social change!  Are you passionate about social justice, problem solving and helping people?  Come learn about the School of Social Work’s Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare (BASW), and special accelerated 10-month Master of Social Work (MSW) degree for BASW graduates.  Social workers help people and work to enhance the quality of life for all – especially those most vulnerable and oppressed. They serve as mental health counselors, hospital and school social workers, immigrant & refugee allies, community activists, nonprofit leaders, policy advocates and more.  They value a person-in-environment, equity-driven systems approach and employ a uniquely holistic, strengths-based social work lens rooted in social justice activism.  Come ignite social change with us!

We offer Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare (BASW), Master of Social Work (MSW), and PhD in Social Welfare degrees.
