Professor Naomi Sokoloff will discuss her new book “What We Talk About When We Talk About Hebrew (and What It Means to Americans),” co-edited with Professor Nancy Berg of Washington University, St. Louis.

The volume collects ten essays on the past, present, and future of the Hebrew language from contributors to the Stroum Center’s 2016 Hebrew and the Humanities Symposium, which invited Hebrew experts from around the world to share their thoughts on the language. (Read some of their short essays about Hebrew now.)
