Description

CoMotion Labs presents, “How to, and how not to, use customer feedback to guide product decisions” with Kevin Crosby.

Kevin graduated with a BA in Economics, and worked in corporate strategy/finance in the building products category at Masco Corporation. He became interested in tech/startups through driving innovation programs at the business units, and decided to pursue his MBA to focus on venture capital and startups. Before and during business school, he worked on several seed funded pre-product / pre-revenue businesses driving product and business strategy, and led the healthcare deal team on the Wolverine Venture Fund.

After falling in love with Seattle during his 2013 in internship Amazon, and Kevin returned to Seattle and joined Amazon full-time in 2014 within the Canada Consumer Electronics retail org. Most recently, Kevin has been driving product and program management within the Amazon’s Consumer team helping customers have better experiences on Amazon. Since moving to Seattle, Kevin has stayed active within the startup space by hosting several startup events bringing founders and investors together to learn how best to use Amazon’s services, and helps advise a few Seattle startups and small businesses.

Each Fundamentals for Startups session has a topic and an area expert providing key insights and knowledge regarding the topic in a 40 minute seminar format followed by a Q&A session. All seminars will be video captured and live streamed. Light refreshments will be served. These sessions are open to the public and you do not have to be currently affiliated with UW or a startup to join.
