Description

Join us in celebrating the New Year and see our newest library acquisitions from Japan, a libretto for the noh play entitled Tadanori. This acquisition was made possible thanks to Allen Opportunity Grant as well as Markus Book Fund.

Azusa Tanaka, Japanese collection librarian, will present about the history of Japanese bookmaking.  Professor Paul Atkins, Chair of the Department of Asian Languages and Literature will give a presentation on Tadanori.

6 PM:  Reception with light refreshments
