Dare to Do in 2018 – UW New Year’s 90-Day Challenge

How does a healthier, fitter, happier you in 2018 sound? This January, join Dare to Do, a 90-day wellness challenge that will help you create lasting transformation in your body, mind, and life. Each month you will have access to tools, tips, and activities that will help set you on track for a successful year.

Throughout the three months, we will make small changes in many areas of wellness. In January, we will Dare to Move, focusing on incorporating more natural movement as well as scheduled exercise throughout the day. In February, we will Dare to Improve, honing in on self-care, time management, organization, finances, and over-all well-being. In March, we will Dare to Fuel, concentrating on nutrition that boosts your energy throughout the day and powers up your workouts.

The challenge starts Monday, January 1 and runs through Saturday, March 31. Participants will receive access to a downloadable Whole U 2018 journal to help you keep motivated throughout the challenge and the rest of the year. You will also gain access to our Fitness Passport, which will offer free passes to participating gyms.
