Description

Join Joel Schwarz of the Puget Sound Bonsai Association for this in-depth class, focused on potting or repotting a bonsai. Sooner or later every bonsai needs to be planted in a bonsai pot or have its soil changed.  We'll start off by discussing what kind of pot will harmonize with a tree; how to prepare the container for the tree; the soil used for a tree; removing the tree from its nursery pot and removing some of the old soil; placing the tree in the new pot and securing it with wire and chop-sticking it with new soil; and watering and after care.

Cost: $30
