In partnership with the University of Washington and the Embassy of South Korea, The National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR) invites you to attend a presentation on “U.S.-ROK 123 Nuclear Cooperation Agreement: Exploring the Road Ahead.” The event will focus on the future of the U.S.-South Korea Nuclear Cooperation Agreement, the implications of the agreement for bilateral relations, and its impact on nonproliferation in Northeast Asia.
This timely event will feature a keynote address by Thomas M. Countryman, former United States Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation. An open Q&A session, moderated by John Park of Harvard University’s Belfer Center, will follow the keynote presentation. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
