Dr. Angelina Godoy will speak about her experiences requesting government documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Dr. Godoy is a professor in LSJ/International Studies and is the director of the UW Center for Human Rights, which, in 2015, sued the CIA for withholding government documents.
