Building upon the course “Intro to Lean”, this session covers the process of maturing an organization from the launch of a cultural transformation through the development of a principle-based kaizen culture. Uncover the Principles of Lean - Define Value, Map the Value Stream, Create Flow, Establish Flow and Seek Perfection--and gain understanding of their function within our framework.
