The Tech Sandbox is a neural engineering student design competition hosted by the CSNE. Participating teams are challenged to create an interesting and novel project that captures the principles of sensorimotor neural engineering. At the finals, teams present their projects to a panel of industry, media and academic judges and a winner will be announced. All of this will be accompanied by light refreshments and loud applause. We encourage everyone to attend and enjoy the creative work of the students. Last year's winning team, vHAB, created a virtual rehabilitation platform and is currently in start-up mode, taking part in events including the UW Business Plan Competition. |
