This training will provide an opportunity for the participants to see actual confrontation and conflict through film and role play. Content of this seminar will include:

• A description of conflict and confrontation and why fear or anxiety accompanies them.
• Discussing personal feelings regarding conflict and constructive ways to address them.
• Skill-building in the areas of communicating differences without fear or defensiveness.
• Observing different assertive techniques showing confrontation in productive, professional methods.
• An opportunity for participants to ask or comment on different experiences that may block individuals from viewing conflict as a productive tool for change.
