Stephen J. Morse works on problems of individual responsibility and agency. He has published numerous articles and chapters and has co-edited collections, including A Primer on Criminal Law and Neuroscience and Foundations of Criminal Law. Morse is the Ferdinand Wakeman Hubbell Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania. He also is a professor of Psychology and Law in Psychiatry and serves as associate director of the Center for Neuroscience & Society. This talk is part of the Dept. of Neurology's Grand Rounds. |
